Technical Support When you have technology questions, we are literally just a click away. The Roland Tseng College of Extended Learning’s Distance Learning Systems Group (DLSG) employs a team of technical support professionals to assist participants with connectivity issues and provide technical advice. If you are in need of computer support, the DLSG technical support staff can be reached 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., Pacific Time. If you are new to distance learning, we ensure you are prepared for the online experience. DLSG has developed an online tutorial, How to Take an Online Course, to orient its new students to the Web-based Blackboard electronic learning platform. The online manual includes hands-on, interactive exercises to acclimate you to the features and functions of the distance learning environment.
