ELPS 672 - Management of Human Resources

Seminar in the philosophy, scope, function, and evaluation of public school personnel administration. Emphasis is on the development of a practical program. Designed primarily for graduate students working toward the Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and/or the Administrative Services Credential. The comprehensive design of this course reflects the significant role played by those professionals engaged in public school personnel administration.
