Sandra
Argast, Ed.D. received her doctorate
in administration and curriculum from USC, where she also earned
an M.A. in education, and a B.A. in speech communications. Dr.
Argast joined the CSUN faculty in 1999. Her teaching and administrative
career has spanned low income, bilingual, inner city, and high
income schools. Her main educational interest focuses on student
learning and instruction.
Dr.
Argast wrote a teacher’s text titled “Teaching Writing
in Grades 3-5” and several children’s books tackling
the subject of children being victimized by bullies. She looks
forward to extending her teaching experience into the new medium
of online instruction.
